How to delete your Sync Signal account
Deletion Process
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the Sync Signal app.
- Open the Sync Signal app
- Go to Settings
- Select Profile
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the action
What Happens After Deletion
- Your data will be permanently deleted after 90 days.
- During this 90-day period, you can log back into the app to cancel the deletion process and restore your account.
- After the 90-day period has passed, all of your personal data, emergency contacts, session history, and account information will be permanently deleted from our servers.
Canceling Deletion
- If you change your mind within the 90-day period, simply log back into the app using your phone number and PIN.
- Your account will be automatically restored and the deletion process will be canceled.
